Services Responsibilities Overview
The responsibilities of entrance area, including signage, lighting, landscaping and irrigation. Maintenance of common areas, including islands, concrete walking paths, bridges, concrete swales and private streets. Maintenance of private water and sewer lines within common areas.
The need for constant, open ongoing dialog between the Board, its Committees and the Homeowners is paramount.
